With over 40 years of experience in real estate development and residential construction, Michael has built a reputation as a trusted general contractor serving Northern California. He began his career in 1984 with a multi-home project in the Bay Area and later developed 25 custom homes in Sacramento's Pocket Area as a principal builder.
Michael attended Sacramento State University and earned his law degree in 2003 — not to practice law, but to deepen his understanding of California land development law, including the Subdivision Map Act and CEQA.
