Sacramento’s Garden Highway is located in northwestern Sacramento, runs contiguous to the North bank of the Sacramento River and is accessed directly from Interstate 5. The Garden Highway is one of the only areas in the Sacramento region with houses built between the levee and the river, allowing many houses direct access to the river and others amazing river views. This project consists of 12 homes, in the project will be the last homes that will be allowed to be built between the river and the levee due to the increased restrictions placed on interior levee construction. The project is located just west of the “Chevy’s on the River” complex and east of the Virgin Sturgeon restaurant.
